Climate Change- Related Hazard Vulnerability Assessment

The CCRHVA Guide is the best available resource for meeting the provisions of
the MLUL that also provides guidance on completing a comprehensive CCRHVA.
It helps towns connect the CCRHVA planning process directly to data from the
state and to other important resources such as climate hazard data and the
Rutgers NJAdapt tool.

It provides a CCRHVA template that helps towns clearly indicate compliance with
the MLUL. It also contains links to worksheets for completing the CCRHVA
planning process and including them in the completed CCRHVA.

Authors of the CCRHVA Guide will provide a presentation and lead a discussion
at a virtual NJPO “Lunch and Learn” on April 19 at 12 p.m. 
The CCRHVA Guide was developed by New Jersey Future in collaboration with
Sustainable Jersey and the NJDEP.
